Structural design
Design and verification of load-bearing structures in reinforced concrete, masonry, steel and timber, for new buildings and for existing buildings requiring strengthening.
What it includes. From the foundations to the roof.
The practice prepares detailed designs of load-bearing structures for new construction and works on existing buildings: assessment of the condition of the structures, design of structural strengthening, seismic vulnerability assessment. Ing. Caruso also carries out structural acceptance testing.
Many assignments have been carried out in collaboration with large design firms, on hospitals, universities, infrastructure and public buildings.
