Civil engineer, self-employed professional since 1990. He designs structures, building services and architecture, supervises construction works and provides technical expert services for private clients, companies, public bodies and courts.

After graduating in Civil and Building Engineering from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1988, he served as an officer in the Army Corps of Engineers at the Central Military Region Command in Rome, where he reviewed designs for the construction and renovation of barracks.
Since 1990 he has worked as a self-employed professional, designing structures, building services and architecture. Over the years he has collaborated with leading design firms on hospitals, universities, infrastructure and large buildings, and has directly handled assignments for private clients, condominiums, companies and public bodies.
Since 1995 he has been a technical expert to the Civil Court of Rome and since 1999 to the Court of Tivoli. The practice is based in Villanova di Guidonia Montecelio, in the province of Rome.
